Prof. Vu Quang Manh, PhD. DSc., Dean of the Faculty of Environmental and Food Engineering, met with the Bulgaria Embassy and the Vietnam-Bulgaria Friendship Association on March 2, 2023. The purpose of the meeting is to prepare for the Vietnam-Bulgaria International Talkshow, which is scheduled to take place in April 2023.
